Reminder: Important Changes to File Cabinet Access Requirements

in Announcements 
We recently announced planned security changes to the way files are accessed in the File Cabinet. Log files showing potentially affected files have been available on your account since March.This is just a reminder to review these log files and make the necessary changes to individual file access before your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2019.2.

What is Changing?

As of 2019.2, access to files in your File Cabinet will only be possible by:

  • Individuals who have an active, authenticated session to your account, or
  • Those who have the secure file URL (available on the file record) and where the Available Without Login
