2019.2 Update - UI and web stores are still down 4 hours after the scheduled time
Any update on the 2019.2 update?
Our scheduled time was 3am to 5am this morning. It is now 9am and the UI and websites for both of our NetSuite accounts are still down.
The status page had the following message posted at 7am, but it was taken down sometime after 8 and the status page is not loading any information at all.
"An incident in our database infrastructure has resulted in a delay of a planned version upgrade for multiple customers. We are working on a resolution with the highest priority. We apologize for this inconvenience."
