Update Your Bundles: Replace Undelivered Emails Search with Sent Email List
This notice is intended for owners of a bundle (a SuiteApp) that installs the Undelivered Emails search. The Undelivered Emails feature is scheduled for deprecation in January 2020. A new feature is available in NetSuite 2019.2, the Sent Email List. The Sent Email List has details about both delivered and undelivered email sent from a NetSuite account. The Sent Email List will replace the Undelivered Emails page and saved search functionality. The Sent Email List is also available as a saved search.
The Sent Email List and the Undelivered Emails page and saved search will coexist in 2019.2 NetSuite accounts. Even though the Undelivered Emails page and saved search will still be available in 2019.2, you should update your bundle to use the Sent Email List search.
