Anyone noticing an increase in Netsuite emails going to SPAM?
As of the last week my sales and cs teams has been complaining that our customers are not receiving our emails that we send from Netsuite. Upon following up with these customers it seems as though the messages are ending up in spam. These are typically transaction type emails (estimates, sales orders). This seems to have just started recently and I cannot figure out why. I used a tool, glockapps.com, that tests email deliverability to a bunch of dummy accounts. The same message sent from my email address directly out of gmail gets delivered to primary inbox, however that same
