Google OpenID Single Sign-on Feature Deprecation Schedule

This notice is intended for customers using the Google OpenID Single Sign-on (SSO) feature to access the NetSuite application. The Google OpenID SSO feature in your NetSuite account is targeted for deprecation. As of 2019.2 release, there are other inbound SSO options available to use for SSO access to NetSuite. You can use OpenID Connect (OIDC) Single Sign-on. You can also use SAML Single Sign-on.

What is Changing?

The Google OpenID SSO feature is targeted for deprecation. OpenID Connect (OIDC) SSO and SAML SSO are available as alternative inbound SSO solutions.

As of 2020.1 release, no new solutions using the Google OpenID feature will be permitted. Existing customers who are using the Google OpenID SSO feature should start migrating to a different solution.
