2019 - OmniChannel Holiday Peak Season Support Coverage and Resources

For the 2019 Retail Holiday Peak Season, we have put together some useful reminders and information that will help you through some usual issues that you may encounter on your Web Store, Point of Sale, or SuiteCommerce InStore devices.
  • 24/7 Support will be available throughout peak from the week commencing November 28th (Thanksgiving, US) through to the New Year 2020, with Technical Support ready and available for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and up to Christmas and New Year.
  • If you are raising a C1 severity case, we recommend that you contact us on the Support hotline provided below to speak with our Technical Support Representative. This will ensure that your C1 issue receives immediate attention.
