Time Zone Change for Charges Table Date Columns Accessed Through SuiteAnalytics Connect

This notice is intended for customers using the Charge-Based Billing feature. An upcoming change to this feature will affect the time zone used by Date columns in SuiteAnalytics Connect.SuiteAnalytics Connect provides ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET drivers that support connections to NetSuite data through third-party tools. The target date for this change is December 12, 2019.

What is Changing?

Currently, the time zone for Date columns is set in user or company preferences:

  • Home > Set Preferences > General > Time Zone
  • Setup > Company > Company Information > Time Zone

With this change, all Date columns on the Charges table will only use the GMT time zone. Customers might see changes in the date values they receive from the Charges table through SuiteAnalytics Connect.
