Temporary Performance Degradation for SuiteScript 2.1 Beta Scripts

This notice is intended for accounts that contain scripts annotated to run as SuiteScript version 2.1.

What is Changing?

In an effort to investigate reports of account performance issues in NetSuite 2019.2, the NetSuite Infrastructure team is running tests that may affect your account until November 30, 2019. These tests should not interfere with your account. However, as a result of these tests, scripts annotated as SuiteScript 2.1 may experience some performance degradation during this testing period.

Recommended Actions

To avoid performance issues for scripts annotated as 2.1, you can temporarily downgrade these scripts to 2.0. If you require assistance or more information, please contact NetSuite Support.
