Dunning Letters Enhancements

As of 2019.2, these are the usual Enhancements related to Dunning Letters and some of these have suggested alternate solutions:

  • 431989 To be able to send new dunning email even if it has the same dunning level on evaluation.
  • 449643 Dunning Letters | Ability to Add More Than 15 Dunning Level Rules to Dunning Procedure
  • 343059 Mass Update > Ability to update all Dunning related fields (i.e. Dunning Procedure)
  • 356929 Attach only overdue invoices to dunning letters (was not able to reproduce on my test account)
  • 364905 Dunning Letters SuiteApp > Add Recipient column to the Dunning queues
  • 376481 Dunning Letters> Ability to select Dunning Recipients based on escalating Dunning Level
