Labor-Based Project Revenue Rules to be Deprecated

in Announcements 
This notice is intended for customers using Project Management and Advanced Revenue Management. Labor-based project revenue rules functionality is scheduled to be deprecated in a future release. We are sending this notice early so that you will have sufficient time to update your project revenue rules.

What is Changing?

If you do not currently use labor-based project revenue rules, in NetSuite 2020.2, you will no longer be able to create labor-based project revenue rules. If you do currently use labor-based project revenue rules, in NetSuite 2021.1, you will no longer be able to create labor-based revenue rules.

Recommended Action

Contact your NetSuite account manager to discuss alternative settings for your project revenue rules based on your current use of labor-based project revenue rules. If you do not currently use labor-based project revenue rules, do not begin using them.
