New Infrastructure for Website Certificate Management

This notice is intended for customers who have a website with a secure custom domain deployed in NetSuite. With NetSuite release 2020.1, we are increasing the security of your website by introducing a new hosting infrastructure, as well as a new type of SSL certificate. You may need to update your existing SSL certificate before May 31, 2020, the target date for these infrastructure changes to take effect.

What is Changing

In 2020.1, we are increasing the security of your website by introducing a new hosting infrastructure, as well as a new type of SSL certificate. Also, to streamline the process of deploying a domain, Oracle NetSuite offers two different options for certificate deployment.
