What is the SuiteScript error: "Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form" ?

Hi. I've created a SuiteScript that creates an estimate from a users shopping cart if they are logged in.  Works great. Returning data even allows me to send the user to their Customer Center showing the estimate the just created automatically. It then gets approved by a Sales Rep, who receives an email. The main reason for this is that the NetSuite SiteBuilder users has many customers that have multiple contacts able to login with different email address. Some of those contacts are suppose to be not allowed to be able to approve purchases, but only submit requests. NetSuite doesn't
