My Account Modules Migrate to SuiteScript 2.x

This notice is to inform you of the SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced My Account modules migration to SuiteScript 2.x coming in release 2020.1 targeted for release in March of 2020.

Why is NetSuite making this change?

This change is part of a larger effort to improve the Commerce application developer experience.

What is Changing?

In the 2019.2.0 release of SuiteCommerce/SuiteCommerce Advanced, a phased effort to support SuiteScript 2.x began. This effort to leverage the benefits of SuiteScript 2.x is ongoing, will span multiple releases, and will ultimately enable Commerce application developers to interact with core NetSuite records in a unified way. The Case module was migrated to SuiteScript 2.x with the 2019.2 release.
