Upcoming Changes to the Fixed Asset Management SuiteApp

This notice is intended for customers who are using NetSuite’s Fixed Assets Management (FAM) SuiteApp. The changes described in this notice are targeted for Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp in 2020.1.
What is Changing?Recommended Action

Integer (0 d.p.) Currencies in FAM System Setup

  • Integer (0 d.p.) Currencies field in FAM System Setup was removed since this is no longer in use. The SuiteApp sources the currency precession from the Currency Record.
No action required.
Rename Lease ProposalThe Lease Proposal Record will be renamed to Lease Records. This change will standardize the naming convention as once an asset is created, the record will no longer be a lease proposal.The name change is also reflected in the following UI elements:
