Removing Avalara Avatax from NetSuite, anyone with experience to share?

All,

I'm just trying to gauge the challenges that may be associated with removing Avalara Avatax from a NetSuite environment and if anyone has had experience doing so for one reason or another. I'm trying to weigh all the pro's and con's for the finance department and would like to be prepared to list out what they should expect if they proceed with deactivation of Avalara.
