SCA 2019.2 promotion issues

We have the latest version of SCA.

We use a third-party service to calculate the tax.

Tax shows up correctly until a promo code is added to the cart.

As soon as the promotion is applied, it hides the tax field and the total shows up without any tax.

Does anyone have this issue?
