Comparing Multi Selects within a Saved Search
Hello Saved Search Experts,
I wish to compare two multi-select fields and if a single value matches within the two, then the search criteria is true.
Scenario ({} are used for discussion purposes only):
- Multi-Select Sales Group exists in Customer record {customer.salesgroup} = 'A, B, 23, 99, C'
- Multi-Select Sales Group exists in Item record.{item.salesgroup} = 'Q, D, 99, Z'
- I wish to create an Item Lookup in a transaction form that would recognize a match on '99' thus displaying the item record.
In T-SQL I would convert both these values to a table and inner join to find a match. Since I must use a search within a transaction form (Estimate, Sales Order) I do not believe I can script this.
