Update on Standard and Advanced Promotions Planned End of Support

in Announcements 
This notice intends to provide clarity for the communication sent November 5, 2019 to customers using Standard and Advanced promotions. NetSuite will not discontinue support for Standard and Advanced promotions before 2022 at the earliest.

What is Changing?

The information banners that appear when creating standard promotions or promotions using the Advanced Promotions SuiteApp have been updated this February 2020 to make the message clearer. These banners will appear on the promotion form to simply notify users that such promotions cannot take advantage of the enhancements provided with SuitePromotions.

Why is NetSuite Making These Changes?

We realize that not all customers can currently migrate to a NetSuite ecommerce solution that supports SuitePromotions. We will continue to support Standard and Advanced promotions for customers who use Site Builder and pre–Elbrus versions of SuiteCommerce Advanced until 2022 at the earliest.
