Changes to NetSuite iOS Push Notification Feature

This notification is to inform you of server-side changes we made to the push notification feature in NetSuite for iOS in 2020.1.

What is Changing?Recommended Action

There are no changes to the feature’s functionality. However, there is a one-time action you need to take to continue receiving push notifications after your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2020.1.

After you upgrade to 2020.1, log into your NetSuite for iOS app. Logging in automatically updates the server configuration details. No further action is required to continue receiving push notifications.
