The "Actions" button is not available in the Manage Work Relationship Page.

Hi,

I would like to cancel realtionship but the button "Actions" is not available. I found instruction Doc ID 2494798.1 but I coudn't do all the steps described there. I attach a document from screen what I see in my application. Please tell me why the "Actions" button can't be added.
