Enabling of New Identification Service in OpenAir Production

in SuiteProjects Pro Announcements 
As part of the move to OCI, OpenAir's new Identity Authentication Service, which is described in the October 2019 OpenAir Release notes, will be enabled in OpenAir Production on February 19, 2020. The Identity Authentication service is currently enabled on Sandbox.

Once the new Identity Authentication Service is enabled on Production:

  • Users navigating to https://www.openair.com/index.pl will be automatically redirected to https://auth.openair.com/login
  • Users will enter their usual credentials on this new login page
  • Users will be redirected into the OpenAir application upon successful authentication
  • Users who utilize password managers may need to update the password manager for the new login URL
