Saved Search|Highlighting/Email Notification based on Age (In Minutes)

Hi All,

   Coming over from the old NetSuite Usergroup which has been great to me for years! I have a quick question and figured I would try the new group to see if anyone has any ideas. Either I'm missing something, or this just isn't possible. I currently have a custom date/time field that captures the current date/time as soon as the status equals "In Progress". I would like to create a saved search that will highlight and/or send an email notification as soon as this time-stamp is older than 10 minutes. Now I know how to highlight/send email notifications, but
