NetSuite POS Production Server Migration

This notice is intended for customers using NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS). NetSuite will begin migrating all NSPOS servers to OCI servers during February 2020. As the next generation of NetSuite service delivery, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure allows NetSuite to automatically and programmatically allocate compute resources, storage, database, and network – all in the cloud.

What This Event Means to You

Production server migration will begin in February, 2020. Customer Support will contact you soon to confirm the exact date and time.

The migration will include downtime for the server that we expect will last 5 hours or less.
