Subscription Change Orders Can Be Voided But Not Deleted in NetSuite 2020.1
This notification is to inform you of an upcoming change for subscription change orders. As of NetSuite 2020.1, it will no longer be possible to delete a subscription change order record. Instead, subscription changes orders must be voided.
What Is Changing?
As of 2020.1, a Void option will be available in the NetSuite UI wherever a subscription change order Delete option was previously available. When the SuiteScript 1.0 nlapiDeleteRecord method or the SuiteScript 2.0 record.delete method will run against a subscription change order, these methods will void the record instead of deleting it. If you are using a subscription change order search in SuiteScript, use the new Status field to filter for active change orders to exclude voided change orders.
