Improvements to Advanced Partner Support (APS)
This notice is intended for Oracle NetSuite Partners. We are making some improvements to the Advanced Partner Support (APS) delivery to further enhance the quality of the service you are receiving.
Starting on March 3, 2020, we will offer you a new way to submit your APS requests via your existing Advanced Partner Center portal.
- Login to http://www.netsuite.com and switch to the appropriate APC role
- Navigate to the APS menu, mouse over APS Cases then click File an APS Case
- Click on the New Case button
- Provide the details of your request and click on Submit
This new process will allow us to collect a more detailed description of the request so we can route and process it more efficiently.
