Crystal Ball will not load

I can't get Crystal Ball to start up when Im in excel.  I get this dialog box:

"Crystal Ball could not be started for the following reason: Microsoft Excel installation not found."

I am running Parallels on a Mac and using windows Excel.  Does anyone know whats going on and how to fix?  Thanks
