Reminder: Data Center Migration Date for your OpenAir Production Account

Pre-Migration

You must ensure that all integrations are updated to use your account specific domain in order to send their requests to the new location (OCI) after migration.

Also ensure any necessary whitelisting by domain is in place per previous instructions, available at the end of this notice.

If your Production account is integrated with SAML, prior to your migration you must import the metadata for the new ID service from https://auth.openair.com/sso/metadata. This will route your SAML logins through a new SAML endpoint https://auth.openair.com/sso. If necessary, contact your SAML provider for instructions on how to update your metadata.
