Reminder: Update the SSL Certificates for Your Secure Websites
NetSuite 2020.1 introduced a new hosting infrastructure and a new type of SSL certificate to increase the security of your website. These infrastructure changes may require you to update your existing SSL certificate.
If you have a website with a secure custom domain deployed in NetSuite, you may need to update your SSL certificate before your current certificate expires. However, if your website uses CDN caching you must take the required actions before May 31, 2020.
Note: If you have both secure (https://) and unsecured (http://) domains, it is only necessary to update the SSL certificates for your secure (https://) domains.
The process of deploying a domain has been streamlined. Oracle NetSuite offers two different options (Automatic or Manual) for certificate deployment. You can view a new video about the new process: Secure Your Website Domain, SuiteAnswers ID 92401.
