Simplified Rejected Payment Notification Process

This notice is to inform you of the rejected payment notifications in NetSuite. With the NetSuite 2020.1 release, the notification process has been simplified in the NetSuite user interface.

What is Changing?
Previously, if a payment was rejected, the following error message was displayed on a new page:
To continue, the user had to click Go Back to return to the original transaction form.
With the NetSuite 2020.1 release, the error message after a rejected payment will now display at the top of the transaction form. In addition, the error message now contains the information from the Payment Gateway.

Further details are available in the created payment event on the transaction form. This change does not affect any scripts or integrations. You do not need to take any action.
