ACS - Advise SuiteAnswers Case Submission
We are pleased to announce that Advanced Customer Support (ACS) accounts with ACS – Advise package may now submit a case through SuiteAnswers by clicking the Contact ACS Support Online button on the right side of the page under the Ask a Question portlet.
To submit a case through the Advanced Customer Support form:
- Enter the Subject.
- Set the Product Area.
- Enter a Detailed Description.
- Provide the following information as necessary:
- Target Completion Date - Set the Target Completion Date by either clicking on the calendar icon or entering the date in the format MM/DD/YYYY.
- Attach File - Attach a file by clicking the Browse button. The maximum file size allowed is 5MB.
