Final Reminder: CDNs for Account-Specific Domains in Sandbox and Special Purpose Accounts
This notice is for customers with NetSuite sandbox or special purpose accounts that access the suitetalk.api.netsuite.com and restlets.api.netsuite.com domains.Starting on Monday, June 1, 2020, the suitetalk.api.netsuite.com and restlets.api.netsuite.com domains will be dynamically routed through content delivery networks, or CDNs. When CDNs are in use in a network, IP address assignment is handled by the CDN providers. This means that IP addresses cannot be guaranteed. IP addresses are subject to change at any time and are not under the control of Oracle NetSuite.
The CDNs will ensure high availability as well as the best routing for calls on these domains. However, CDNs do not provide a fixed IP address. We cannot determine whether your company has IP address-based firewall rules in place for your account-specific suitetalk.api.netsuite.com and account-specific restlets.api.netsuite.com domains. Any IP address-based rules for these domains currently in place in your company firewall will break when the CDNs are introduced on
