Upcoming Change to the Date Modified Field on Charge Records
This notice applies to customers with the Charge-Based Billing feature enabled in your account. For SuiteBilling Customers, the Charge-Based Billing feature is required.When your account is migrated to NetSuite 2020.2, there will be a change in how the Date Modified field is determined on charge records. The reason for this change is to align with how the Last Modified Date field functions on the customer record. This change will affect both new and existing charges.
What is Changing?
When you create a new charge record, the Date Modified field on the charge record will automatically set to the creation date. If you modify an existing record, the Date Modified field will reset to the current date when you save your changes.
