website fraud

Our website is built with NetSuite SiteBuilder with the bundles Reference Checkout and SiteBuilder Extensions Premium Vinson.  We have recently experienced fraudulent orders via the website.  I have heard Captcha does not work well with a NetSuite website.  Does anyone have experience or recommendations of incorporating some type of fraud prevention on a NetSuite website?  Thanks, Tom
