SuiteCommerce Standard SMT Issues

I'm struggling with the site management tools on my SuiteCommerce Standard site. After updating the theme bundle, the site's color settings were lost. We're on the latest theme bundle now, but when attempting to change colors in the SMT, we get errors. Have any of you ever run into this before? I figured I'd hit the community up first.
