NetSuite Maintenance Window

As part of our continuing investment in the NetSuite service, we plan to perform the Oracle Database Update on databases in the next few weeks/months. Before performing this update, we are reviewing the maintenance windows of our customers to confirm that you are in the least disruptive maintenance window for your business needs.

What is a Maintenance Window?

A maintenance window is a period of time, planned in advance by our Operations team, during which preventive maintenance is performed. On a date where a NetSuite maintenance is scheduled, it is staggered across three different start times, or maintenance windows. These times are generally assigned based on where accounts are located. Only one of the following maintenance windows can be assigned to a customer account:
