New Credit Cards are not being saved during checkout

Starting this week, when customers enter new credit cards during checkout, the order is created but new card information is not saved with it.

This is a Site Builder site that uses Merchant e-Solutions for the credit card processor.

I just filed a case about this, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced it?
