Planned Outage to Bank Feeds Integration Services

Please be advised that our third-party application provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately four hours planned outage. The schedule of the planned outage is on Saturday, 08 August 2020, from 10:00 p.m. PDT to 02:00 a.m. PDT, Sunday, 09 August 2020.

During the outage, all connection and import requests to your financial institutions and its associated accounts through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try connecting a new financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive a connection error message. The planned outage will undertake routine maintenance that will help improve reliability and ensure high level of security.
