Role Change to Use the NSWMS Printer Driver Application
This notification is to inform you about the required role change to access and use the NSWMS Printer Driver Application in NetSuite 2020.2.Why Are We Making This Change? As a security enhancement across NetSuite accounts, the ongoing implementation of the mandatory 2FA (two-factor authentication) for integrations that use highly privileged roles will be finalized in NetSuite 2020.2. This mandatory 2FA implementation will restrict Administrator role access to the NSWMS Printer Driver Application, which requires user-based credentials. When Do These Changes Take Effect? On and after your scheduled NetSuite 2020.2 upgrade, you will encounter failures or errors for wrong credentials if you continue to use the Administrator role to access the NSWMS Printer Driver Application. |
