What is the permission ID for the role permission REST Web Services?

I'm using a restlet to verify certain role permissions are set on a users role.  The SOAP Web Services ID is ADMI_WEBSERVICES.  Does anybody know what the REST Web Service permission ID is?  The current documentation doesn't list it.
