Planned Outage to Bank Feeds Integration Services

in Announcements 
Please be advised that our third-party application provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo a planned outage. The schedule and details of the planned outages are as follows:
    • Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 12:00 a.m. PDT to 05:00 a.m. PDT

      During the outage, you may experience intermittent connection error or short periods of increased latency when connecting to your financial institutions accounts through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp.
  • Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 10:00 p.m. PDT to 02:00 a.m. PDT, Sunday, September 27, 2020

    During the outage, all connection and import requests to your financial institutions and its associated accounts through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try connecting a new financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive a connection error message.
