Has anyone reverted his/her NetSuite account from OneWorld to Single Instance?

We thought we were going to have a USA entity but it never ended up happening. So we have a one world set up but we are only using one entity - we need to save costs on annual licenses and revert to the standard edition. Has anyone done this and can it be done?
