Automate a mail merge
So I'm trying to figure out the best way to allow our salesperson to perform a mail merge without having to do all the steps to create the mail merge. I'd like him to have make a shortcut on his dashboard. This shortcut would do all the steps to create a new mail merge and send it out. This mail merge will go out to a static group of contacts using using an email template and an attached file. I'm trying to eliminate mouse clicks and operator errors. The salesperson will do this maybe once a day, but
