Can Not Invoice a Charge
Hello,
We have a Sales Order that is Pending Billing because there is a milestone required to be billed. However, when I go click Next Bill.. the item is not there. It's just a blank invoice.
I confirmed that the charge is Ready to be processed, and the charge has the same item as the Sales Order. The Sales Order even lists the item as:
QTY = 1
Invoiced = 0
Would you happen to know why this would happen?
