Why doesn't Netsuite support ISO 8061 date/time format for csv imports?
Amazon provides a chargeback csv file with lots of detailed information I'd like to import into a custom record table in Netsuite. However, the csv file has dates in ISO 8061 format as follows: 2021-02-17T00:00:00
No matter what I try, I can't seem to get the ISO 8061 date format to import to Netsuite. It tells me the field value is invalid and doesn't line up with my date/time formatting preferences. I've tried adjusting my user preferences for date/time formatting, I've tried changing the field type between Date and Date & Time with no luck. It seems the ISO format is simply not supported. That's very surprising to me because according to Netsuite's
