Premium Tier?
Is anyone else being told by NetSuite that they need to be upgraded to Premium Tier on renewal due to 'transaction levels' (even though our transaction levels have not increased significantly in the last 2 years)?
It seems to be a mechanism for NetSuite to increase our costs outside of any pre-agreed renewal cap or other agreements.
I know I get a free SandBox, and increased API connectivity, but are there any material benefits to day to day transaction processing? Are we likely to see any performance benefits to this 'Premium Tier'?
Is there anyone out there who can tell me 'yes, we were moved to premium tier and suddenly all our transactions were much quicker to process'?
