Administrator Role does not have access to Custom Page
I discovered a Custom Record when doing a global search for a known Custom Record.
Logged in with Administrator Role, using Global Search I see a Custom Page but I do not have permission to view it.
I have looked through Customization>Lists, Records & Fields>Record Types for this Record and do not find one Active or Inactive.
I have looked through Roles, Role Users and Role Permissions. I have logged in with each existing Role but no role can access this page.
Does anyone know any way to at least "see" who or which role may have or had access to a custom page/record
