Celigo or alternative?
We are implementing NetSuite and were going to use Celigo to integrate Outlook emails and calendar for our NetSuite CRM area. However we found that Celigo forces the user to hit "record" for capturing & sending emails to NetSuite and feel the sales people will not "record" very often as they hold their accounts close to their chest.
Does anyone have an alternative to Celigo for this purpose?
Thanks!
