Does anyone have to Log In to NetSuite when sending a DocuSign doc from a NetSuite transaction?
Does anyone else also experience having to click Log In to NetSuite when sending a DocuSign document from inside a NetSuite transaction?
See my replication steps below. I've included my "set up" in case it is part of the problem.
Docusign>Configure> Set Up DocuSign
In my Estimate/Quote transaction, on the DocuSign subtab, DocuSign Envelope Status> Open DocuSign Account Settings
When I click the Quote “Send with DocuSign” button
The system automatically signs me in to DocuSign.
I can set the DocuSign fields necessary. (Screen shot shows still in NetSuite and the DocuSign is the same as the NetSuite Quote 2002 and I am still logged into NetSuite as the Administrator. I am the DocuSign Administrator as well.)
