Custom field sourcing on the timesheet to recognize Client:Project

I created a custom transaction line field called "Client Contract" on the timesheet. It is sourcing from a list of records called Customer Agreements. I have the custom field set to filter the by the customer referenced on the timesheet line, however it does not work when there is Client: Project selected. Below are screenshots of the timesheet and custom field. Any ideas?
