Placing an Element on a Form that is not in the list options

Form (Advanced PDF Template - Vendor Payment Voucher

I am trying to include the Invoice and Credit Memo Numbers on the form.

My Elements list does not have these as an option for the form.

See screen shot of my current Form.

A am creating a column to include the Invoice and or Credit Memo number after Invoice and before original amount.

How can this be done?
